1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EventTik ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
EventTik provides an event ticketing platform that enables organizers to create, promote, and sell tickets, and enables attendees to discover and purchase tickets for events.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to manipulate pricing, ticket availability, or rankings
- Use automated tools to scrape or bulk-collect data
- Interfere with the security or operation of the Platform
5. Fees and Payments
EventTik charges transaction fees on ticket sales. All fees are disclosed at the point of sale. We use third-party payment processors; we do not store your payment information.
6. Limitation of Liability
EventTik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EventTik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
